We are currently recruiting for a full-time National Account Sales Manager!

Join a team of elite sales professionals targeting commercial property restoration. We are seeking sales experts in the Education sector that can drive C-level management, Risk Managers, Facility Managers, and Building Managers into using the SRM (ServiceMaster Recovery Management) brand to minimize business interruption when affected by fire, smoke, water, flood, bio-hazard, sewage and other events that affect building operations.

The National Account Sales Manager primary function is engaging in outside business development in the B2B commercial space. The ESM will concentrate primarily upon driving new business to the SRM (ServiceMaster Recovery Management) brand by obtaining national and regional accounts in specified vertical markets. In addition, the ESM is responsible for ensuring customer engagement and development of longstanding relationships with various clients that may hold the position of Risk Management, Facility Management, Insurance Adjusting, Commercial Insurance Brokers, Property Management and ensuring our success working together on high profile projects. The position allows the opportunity to work from home, the office, and/or a combination of both.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generates approximately $5.0-$10.0 million annually after ramp-up period
  • Develops, maintains, implements, and revises sales strategies and plans
  • Responsible for prospecting new accounts, engaging prospects to become customers, and generating repeat usage from existing customer base
  • Works with the marketing division to help foster ideas and implement plans to achieve sales goals objectives.
  • Supports SRM Large Loss Division in local or national catastrophic situations
  • Is involved in key networking events and tradeshows that help develop brand awareness and new business opportunities.
  • Works cooperatively with fellow Executive Sales Manager’s targeting different vertical markets
  • Document all sales activity through internal CRM system
  • Creates and updates a sales plan to include target accounts/contacts in the CRM
  • Identifies opportunities, plans, executes and measures results, including the tracking of leads to closure. Prospects new SRM accounts and opportunities in the CRM
  • Maintains and builds existing customer relationships with documentation in the CRM
  • Develops and manages strategies needed to address business development issues critical to penetrating new markets
  • Manages (prospective) customer activities related to development programs and demonstrates a strong business sense in approaching complex issues
  • Coordinates delivery of customer service
  • Performs follow up with existing accounts and/or active production
  • Sells and networks at tradeshow events and conferences.
  • Maintains a high level of customer service and professionalism
  • Documents lead generation, activity, sales tracking and analysis thru CRM system
  • Performs competitive market analysis
  • This position will require overnight travel, typically less than 20% of time
  • Other assigned projects or work as needed


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in sales.
  • Proven record of accomplishment of successful sales and business development in the service industry.
  • Ability to structure and negotiate strategic alliances.
  • Strong presentation skills: in-person as well as virtually
  • Ability to communicate effectively with C-level management.
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Ability to articulate and present the SRM key value proposition.
  • BS or BA Degree preferred
